CARRY KIM
J i n L i a n H u a (aka. Carry Kim) is a yoga therapist (1,000 hrs - KHYF), breathwork faciliator (trained by David Elliott) and lineageholder of Yoga of Joy (Tibetan and primordial yoga from Dakini Yuan Miao). Her foundation lies in Tibetan Vajrayana and esoteric teachings from her root teacher, Dakini Yuan Miao, and the Yoga lineage of Krishnamacharya. Taoism, Zen Buddhism, Andean and Native American tradition, her global adventuring and Mother Nature have formed the tapestry of her life. Her dharma is simple: helping people return to their primordial selves, the "home" in which they are already free, childlike, uniquely expressive and harmoniously aligned with the living energies of the Universe. When we live joyfully unencumbered, we can be of service to all beings. Additionally, she is a certified Ayurvedic and therapeutic nutrition educator specializing in living/raw foods, registered Yin Yoga teacher, Shiatsu therapist and actively dances with her hula halau, Na Kapaku. May the "form" lead to the formless!
Yoga of Joy is a dynamic, "ancient-future" system of Tibetan Vajrayana and primordial yoga from the tantric lineage of Dakini Yuan Miao. The practice consists of mantras, hand and body mudras, postures, visualizations, intention and breathwork to help us purify, balance and lighten our energies. It profoundly reconnects us to the primordial source of the Universe—and our own indestructible reservoir of joy and inner peace.
By merging the physical with the spiritual, balancing circulation of blood and qi, and harmonizing Yin with Yang, Yoga of Joy calms the turbulent "winds" of the body, empties our minds and opens our hearts. Experience the source of formless, universal energy and return to your Divine “home” of joy, freedom and abundance. Celebrate life and joyfully unite heaven, self and Earth. Ya la suo!
