Lisa Rosas
Lisa Rosas is certified in gyrotonics and pilates. She has been dancing and preforming her whole life in ballet, jazz, modern and several forms of African dance. Her love of dance and yoga brought her to discover Gabriele Roth's 5 rhythm and train with her in New York. Lisa wants to share her love for movement with others and get people to dance freely from their heart.
Gyrotonics and Gyrokenisis are methods of movement done on machines or the floor.. It was developed by Juliu Horvath: a professional dancer from Romaia. Movements comprise of spiraling, circular movements, which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions, with corresponding breath. Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move thorough a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. Thus creating balance and flexibility.
5 rhythms is comprised of 5 parts:
Flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.
Dancing freely to these beats allows one freedom of expression and movement coming straight from the body and soul.
This movement creates healing from your inner self and joy to unite with others..
Unveiling the layers of ourselves we can freely be who we are and have inner peace and confidence uniting with ourselves and others.
